The UEFA "B" course is designed to assist coaches in the preparation,development and consolidation of the player’s / teams technical, tactical, mental and physical development as well as maximising their performance. Coaches will design and develop “reality based” training sessions after specific analysis of a team unit.

FAI High Performance Director Wim Koevermans and U21 Manager Paul Doolin are delighted that Airtricty have come on board to sponsor the U19 National League.

VERNON McALLORUM became the third winner of the FAI Noel O’Reilly Coach of the Year award at the FAI AGM in Ennis last summer. The 43-year-old Dubliner was recognised for his outstanding work with Dunboyne AFC at both senior and schoolboy level.

DAVE CONNELL is manager of the Republic of Ireland Under-19 Women’s team, who are currently ranked seventh in Europe.

Connell’s side contains many of the players that won a silver medal at the UEFA Under-17 Championships under Noel King in 2010 and they topped their opening group in this year’s Under-19 campaign with victories over Portugal, Israel and Hungary.
